Admissions to the Bachelor and Master of Physiotherapy programs at Government Physiotherapy College, Jamnagar are conducted as per the guidelines of the Government of Gujarat and Saurashtra University.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

  • Duration: 4½ years (including 6-month internship)
  • Intake: 100 students per year
  • Eligibility: Passed 10+2 with Science stream (Biology mandatory)
  • Admission Process: Centralized admission through ACPUGMEC (Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses)
  • Selection Criteria: Merit-based as per NEET/State merit list
  • Reservation: As per Government of Gujarat norms
  • Commencement: Usually begins in August-September each academic year
