Course Information:
BPT is a 4 Year long Program with 6 Months of Internship. After completion of study the graduates are eligible to apply for registration as physiotherapist.
Subjects covered during the course of study includes:
First Year: Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology and Sociology, Exercise Therapy, Electro Therapy.
Second Year: Pathology, Microbiology, Exercise Therapy – 2, Kinesiology, Electrotherapy.
Third Year: Physical Functional Diagnosis, Biostatistics, Pharmacology, Medicine Surgery, Orthopeadics Neurology, Pediatrics.
Final Year: Physiotherapy in Cardio-Pulmonary, Physiotherapy in Medical and Surgical Condition, Physiotherapy in Neuro-Muscular Condition, Physiotherapy in Musculo-Skeletal Condition and Physiotherapy in Rehabilitation.
